Exhibitor Spaces


Location:
Startup stations are located to the far right and left sides of the Exhibit Space when entering from the main entrance (Bristlecone Ballroom).

What’s Included:

  • HLTH will coordinate all setup and teardown of the Startup structure.
  • Your logo will be printed center top of your back display with space below left white.
  • Complimentary wifi will be provided in the exhibit hall, however, if you need a faster, more reliable connection, we strongly recommend ordering a dedicated internet connection.
  • Power

What’s NOT included:

  • A/V (if you need a monitor, laptop, etc.)
  • Food and beverage

A/V and other services may be ordered online through the Exhibitor Kit (coming soon).

NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED.
Catering must be ordered through ARIA Expo Services.

Startup Display Guidelines:
Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc. are not allowed to be placed on the floor surrounding your Startup Station.

Any items placed on your startup table must fit on the table provided. The tabletop dimensions are approximately 38-1/8“ L x 38-1/8” W and the maximum weight limit is 30 lbs.

There is no secure storage space provided. Items, however, may be placed behind Display panel on the ground. For any additional materials that you need to store, we recommend contacting Shepard for storage.

Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.

Deadlines:
Logo on Top Panel – must submit by April 11, 2018

Location:

Kiosks are located inside the exhibit hall (Bristlecone Ballroom).

What’s Included:

  • One side of a 4-sided pre-built structure. HLTH will coordinate all setup and teardown of the kiosk structure.
  • Your logo will be printed on the top panel of the back wall, and on the front panel of the counter. The sides of the counter will display the HLTH logo.
  • You will have a counter with two chairs and lockable storage below the countertop.
  • Complimentary wifi will be provided in the exhibit hall, however, if you need a faster, more reliable connection, we strongly recommend ordering a dedicated internet connection.
  • Power

Any items placed on your kiosk must fit on the countertop. The countertop dimensions are approximately 38-1/8“ L x 18-3/8” W and the maximum weight limit is 30 lbs.

There is a very small storage space accessible through the side of the kiosk, located underneath the countertop. For any additional materials that you need to store, we recommend contacting Shepard for storage.

Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.

  • Each meeting pod will be set with one (1) table and four (4) chairs
  • Each meeting pod is branded with your logo on the outside panel
  • Complimentary Wifi will be provided in the exhibit hall, however, if you need a faster, more reliable connection, we strongly recommend ordering a dedicated internet connection.

Meeting Pod Display Guidelines:
Due to fire marshal regulations, furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc. are not allowed​ ​on the floor surrounding your meeting pod. Any items placed in your meeting pod must be confined to the inside of your meeting pod. Additional branding/signage is not allowed on the outside walls of your meeting pod. Must abide by all exhibitor rules and regulations.

  • Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive a 7” x 44” one-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive a 7″ x 44″ one-line identification sign upon request.
