Frank Menzler was appointed Hocoma’s Executive Vice President and General Manager North America in 2014.
Prior to joining Hocoma Mr. Menzler was Chief Executive Officer of HepaLife Technologies, developing a bioartificial liver. Earlier, Mr. Menzler co-founded Impella developing minimally-invasive cardiac assist systems. Impella was acquired by Abiomed where he served as Vice President and General Manager for the company’s European division.
Mr. Menzler holds a MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business and a Master of Science in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from RWTH Aachen, Germany.
