Jeni Chih

Jeni Chih is the Senior Director of Global Benefits for Gap Inc. based in San Francisco, California. She leads the design, strategy and innovation for wellbeing and engagement for Gap Inc.’s global population which includes over 150,000 employees in EMEA, APAC, Latin America and North America. Prior to Gap Inc., Jeni spent over a decade working in high tech mostly focused on building the Global Benefits program at Oracle where she concentrated on global philosophy, governance, alignment and mergers & acquisitions.

Jeni has over 20 years of global benefits experience in a variety of industries including retail, high tech, manufacturing and banking. Her experience abroad includes European assignments based in UK and the Netherlands managing global program and oversight while immersing in EMEA regional benefit programs such as redesigning car programs and pension schemes. As well as an assignment in Singapore assessing benefit risk in APAC, expansion in China and India, and emerging markets.
