Laura Mackay

Laura leads growth for Wildflower Health. She is accountable for Wildflower’s entire client portfolio and runs the Client Delivery, Client Success, and User Growth Marketing teams. Laura works closely with the rest of Wildflower’s management team on growth strategies, new product and market development, and growth financing. She was previously at Healthagen (part of Aetna), first on the BD team building tech-enabled start-ups before joining one such start-up – a mobile app + care management program for NICU parents – to support its commercialization.

She began her career in healthcare investment banking at Goldman Sachs and healthcare strategy consulting at Booz & Co. Laura’s passion in women’s, infant, and family health began with her work with Pfizer Nutrition – both as a consultant, and internally as a Chief of Staff to the Head of R&D prior to acquisition by Nestlé.

Laura received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
