He has launched multiple new ventures and spearheaded the commercialization of award-winning digital products and platforms within healthcare technology and beyond.
Mike is Founder and CEO of Confideo LLC. The company has two divisions; Confideo Labs is an award- winning digital marketing agency that advances progressive and immersive engagement platforms and channels, such as virtual and augmented reality, for the pharmaceutical industry. In 2014, Confideo Labs created DoctorVirtualis, a first-to-market virtual reality engagement platform that enables the most stimulating exchange of scientific information & enriched medical media. By leading the immersive multimedia revolution in healthcare, the company has worked with a range of global customers and partners to deploy unparalleled engagement initiatives across channels. Among a long list of accomplishments, the company deployed the industry’s first VR Detail, empowering pharmaceutical field reps to amplify storytelling and deepen education through VR. The company’s projects have won top honors from PM360 at their Trailblazer Awards and PharmaChoice Awards for Best Sales Aid and Best Interactive Marketing Program.

In recognition of his work with Confideo, Mike was names one of PM360’s ELITE, and amongst the PharmaVOICE in both 2016 and 2017.
Previously Mike served as Executive Vice President at WorldOne, where he co-founded and launched the company’s Interactive division. Mike guided the release of innovative products, including the industry’s fastest self-service global HCP research portal & the first and most enriched Competitive Education (HCP gaming) platform. He led the acquisition of Sermo, and guided the subsequent evolution of the country’s largest social network, exclusive to physicians. Mike managed global sales, business development, channel development, client services, and marketing teams for the company and his group achieved hyper growth 3 consecutive years. In 2013 Mike was honored by PM360 as one of the industry’s most exceptional innovators; names Pharma Marketing’s Prognosticator.
Prior to WorldOne, Mike was Executive Vice President at Kyp, which he launched in North America. At Kyp he spearheaded the development of a range of proprietary engagement marketing tools and strategies. Mike took Kyp from a start-up to an industry-leading and award-winning global engagement marketing organization boasting a world-renowned client list. Mike was responsible for general management of the business, including sales, new product development, corporate marketing and strategy, public relations, and operations. In 2011, Mike was recognized by Direct Marketing News as one of their Thirty Under 30.
Ever active and inspired, Mike is also Cofounder of Whalebone Media, based in Montauk, NY and an active angel investor; Mike’s investments focus on emerging biotech and technology companies. Notable angel investments include Anterios (acquired by Allergan Jan ‘16) and Genoa Pharmaceuticals.
