Nandini Ramani has been the Chief Operating Officer of Outcome Health since December 2017. She joined the company in August 2017 as Chief Engineering Officer, where she led the initiative to scale and strengthen the company’s technology platform. Prior to joining Outcome Health, Ramani was the Vice President of Engineering at Twitter, where she led engineering effectiveness for the social media company’s 1,300-person technical organization. Prior to that, Ramani led the $320M Java business unit for Oracle. In addition to her engineering and business leadership, Ramani has extensive international expansion experience.
