Roshelle Campbell is the VP of Human Resources for BH Media Group, Inc. .

BH Media Group, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, is one of the top 10 media companies in the US, providing news, commentary, information, and advertising that encourage readers to become involved in the world around them. Purchased by Berkshire Hathaway in December 2011 and the Company has grown from seven daily and 17 weeklies in Nebraska and Iowa to a dynamic communications company which owns at TV station, as well as 33 daily and 41 weekly newspapers, including an online presence in 12 states. BH Media Group has over 4500 employees nationwide.

Starting with the Omaha World-Herald in 2010, Roshelle has been key in the acquisition and integration of more than 3000 employees into the organization from a diverse geographical area in a short period of time. She led the implementation of new vendors for payroll, 401k, flex spending and COBRA administration, as well as managing the on-boarding and recruiting process as well as retention initiatives. In addition, she is the chief Human Resources person in charge of all aspects of change management, benefit administration, internal communications, strategic planning and continuous improvement, as well as all other main HR functions.

Prior to joining BH Media Group, Roshelle worked for over 10 years in the hospitality industry including Hilton Hotels and Ameristar Casino. As their Regional Human Resources Director, Roshelle created customer service focused centers of excellence.

Roshelle has a Masters in Management from Bellevue University and a Master’s in Education from Washington University. She holds a SPHR certification and a SHRM- SCP certification. Ms. Campbell has been very active in the local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resources of the Midlands (HRAM), as well as serving on national SHRM committees and boards. She also is active in Special Olympics as well as being an advocate for all children in various organizations.
